How to access
Accessing Base Social Services is simple and direct. Follow these steps to request attention:
Appointment request
You are referred by your municipalities. You must contact the reference staff in your municipality
First interview
A social worker conducts a welcome interview to assess the situation and needs of the individual or family.
Intervention plan
A personalized attention plan is designed with the most appropriate resources and supports for each situation.
Follow-up
The team provides continuous accompaniment and periodic reviews of the intervention plan.
