The Camp de Túria Consortium has awarded the winners of the TecnOK micro-story contest. The UPCCA (Community Prevention Unit for Addictive Behaviors) of the supramunicipal entity has organized this event for the twelfth consecutive year, aimed at promoting the proper use of technology among young people.
The Camp de Túria Consortium has awarded the winners of the TecnOK micro-story contest. The UPCCA (Community Prevention Unit for Addictive Behaviors) of the supramunicipal entity has organized this event for the twelfth consecutive year, aimed at promoting the proper use of technology among young people.
The contest is designed for students from the first and second cycles of Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) distributed among the different centers in the Camp de Túria region.
During the event, various awards were presented to the students of these educational centers. Tablets for the best stories; ebooks for the second place; and SmartWatches for the third place.
The UPCCA expressed gratitude for the involvement of the teaching staff from the educational centers with the contest and encouraged students to participate in the next edition.
Through initiatives like this, the Camp de Túria Consortium aims to reward reflection, ingenuity, and creativity, and to promote the use of written language to raise awareness about the problems arising from excessive or negative use of technology among young people in the region.
